Requirements and challenges
The My Safety Plan service is utilised in combination with the My SP mobile app. Your personal safety plans, general knowledge, maps, and a chat function with check-in capabilities are all accessible to you via the My SP app.
Your mobile device already contains all of this information. You may add your own data to every feature.
This frees you up to focus on the most crucial issue at hand—SAFETY—instead of having to tote around heavy paper documents during a crisis situation.
Users may communicate securely with one another using the My SP Safety Chat, which also has a group feature for mass administration notifications. With no restriction on the number of messages that may be sent in one group, users can be messaged simultaneously in the safety chat.
